RSG1600 Model Compatibility Analysis and Optimization Recommendations
I. Core Parameter Compatibility Verification
Flow and Pressure Compatibility
Flow Compatibility: The RSG1600 has a nominal flow rate of 1-2 L/min, which fully meets the requirements and can stably process chili oil containing chili seeds.
Compressed Air Pressure: The equipment requires 0.4 MPa. The stability of the on-site air source must be verified. Insufficient pressure may cause sluggish piston movement. It is recommended to add a booster (such as a small air compressor) or adjust the air source pipe diameter.
Material and Hygienic Standards
Stainless Steel: The equipment body is constructed of stainless steel, but the specific grade (e.g., 304 or 316L) must be specified. Chili oil contains acidic components (such as acetic acid), so 316L stainless steel offers superior corrosion resistance and is recommended.
Seal Material: Verify that the piston seal is made of food-grade fluororubber (FKM) or polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) to prevent aging and leakage after long-term contact with chili oil. Filling Accuracy and Range
Accuracy Verification: An accuracy of ±1% (e.g., ±1g error per 100g) is suitable for small-size packaging (e.g., 50-500ml bottles), but actual error testing is required for materials containing particles.
Large-Capacity Adaptability: Maximum filling capacity is 3,000kg. However, filling larger quantities at a time may affect efficiency. We recommend batch filling or selecting a multi-head filler (e.g., a dual-head or quad-head model).
II. Optimizing Key Technologies for Filling Materials Containing Particles
Pump Structure Selection
Rotary Pump (Recommended):
Advantages: The rotating gear/screw creates a sealed chamber, allowing it to handle materials containing particles and high viscosity (e.g., chili oil) with a stable flow rate.
Comparison: Plunger pumps may experience seal wear due to particle entrapment, requiring frequent maintenance; magnetic drive pumps cannot handle particles.
Alternative Solution:
For chili seed particles with a small diameter (<5mm), consider a pneumatic diaphragm pump. The flexible diaphragm vibrates to achieve self-priming discharge, preventing particle entrapment. Preventing Sedimentation and Controlling Uniformity
Agitator: Add side-mounted agitators or bottom scrapers to prevent chili seeds from settling and causing uneven filling concentration. The agitator speed should be adjustable (e.g., 30-100 rpm) to prevent high-speed agitation from damaging the chili seeds.
Filter: Install a 20-mesh stainless steel filter at the pump inlet to intercept large impurities and extend pump life.
Filling Head Design: Wide-bore filling head: Internal diameter ≥ 25 mm to reduce the risk of chili seed clogging.
Drip Prevention: Use a pneumatic shutoff valve or spring-return valve to prevent material from dripping and contaminating the bottle opening during shutdown.
III. RSG1600 Model Configuration Recommendations
Required Options
Hopper: Although this model does not come with a hopper by default, a 304 stainless steel hopper (capacity ≥ 50L) with a level sensor is required for automatic refilling.
Filter: Install a 20-mesh stainless steel filter at the pump inlet to intercept large impurities. Stirring device: Add a side-mounted stirring paddle (power ≥ 150W) to prevent chili seeds from settling.
Electrical control upgrade
PLC touch screen: Enables digital adjustment of filling volume, speed, and stirring time, improving operational convenience.
Fault alarm system: Real-time monitoring of parameters such as air pressure and motor current, automatically shutting down and providing notifications when an abnormality occurs.
